Introducing the SeaAhead Ventures Launch Fund
September 2026 Newsletter
We’re thrilled to share that SeaAhead has closed our first venture fund, which will invest in up to seven bluetech startups over the next year!
The SeaAhead Ventures Launch Fund will invest primarily in pre-seed and seed-stage companies across key ocean-innovation areas, including:
Sustainable shipping and ports
Ocean intelligence
Dual-use technology
Aquaculture and blue food systems
Offshore renewables and carbon solutions
Coastal resilience and insurance
Ocean pollution and the circular economy
The fund is a critical part of our efforts to support, de-risk, and accelerate bluetech startups. Expanding into direct investing complements our Investor Syndicate, which has invested in nearly 40 ventures to date, and our signature BlueSwell accelerator program.
